“ Fringe is one of my favorite restaurants in Boulder! We rented out the patio for my husband’s birthday and they created a set menu for 17 people with the most incredible food. We were are so full when we left. Harry took time and care to set the menu with us and truly took care of us. The servers were on it completely and they accommodated dietary restrictions with ease. The kitchen staff crushed it and the dishes all came out in perfect timing. It truly could not have gone better and I will never stop recommending fringe for their amazing food/pizza selection and impeccable service. They are great spot for a regular lunch or dinner and a large party! Thank you Fringe!!!! ”

They have a vegan cheese substitution options for a surcharge, and no vegan meat swaps (yet); essentially a veggie or plain pizza are the main vegan options (for pizza). ”
“ Really enjoyed the pizza at Fringe. Cool spot on Valmont with a nice outdoor covered deck. We tried a soup shot as a starter which was a cold soup and was perfectly refreshing on a warm spring afternoon. We split a pizza and a salad between the two of us and it was the perfect amount. ”

The pizza are a bit larger than personal size. The crispy Brussel sprouts were also excellent, and are bacon-free. ”

“ We hadn't heard of Fringe but we've in search of a good wood fired pizza and this came up. Its strip mall location is unassuming if not also a little unromantic, however, the interior decor is modern and there's outside seating with heat for more charm. More importantly, the food was delicious and service was friendly and knowledgeable. They've got some fun food and wine adventures with soup shots and pour-your-own wine, too. Parking was easy and there was no wait to get a seat. Definitely recommend giving them a try. ”
